Order Acceptance
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchase order regardless of reason. You will be notified right away of any order that will not be fulfilled and will be refunded any charge that took place.
Some situations that could result in a refused purchase order include inventory limitations, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit department.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your purchase order is refused or cancelled or if additional information is required to accept to your order.
We do our best to process within 24-hours after it is received. However, we do not guarantee this service. In peak seasons, it may take up to 48-hours to process your order. Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will probably ship the following Monday or the next business day if there is a holiday.
Pricing Information
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is mis-priced or is listed with incorrect product information, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for additional information or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, purchase orders will ship via FedEx Ground and freight costs are added to your invoice.
APO Shipping
We are unable to ship via FedEx to an APO address.
International Shipping
We do not accept purchase orders to international destinations.

Warranty and Return Policy
We offer a limited warranty that varies by product and model year. Please refer to the specific owner’s manual of each product for explicit limited warranty details.
Limited Warranty
Warranty coverage applies to a manufacturing defect; defined as a defect in materials or workmanship as delivered with the product.
Not Covered by Warranty
Warranty coverage does not include the following:
- Damage resulting from abuse
- Damage resulting from ordinary wear and tear or anything broken accidentally or deliberately
- Installation, assembly, repair, maintenance, or disassembly costs
- Damage or failure due to misuse, neglect or theft
- Shipping damage
- Buyer remorse
Returns
Our warehouse will not accept any return that does not have a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package. Please use our contact form to initiate approval for a return. We will then send the necessary forms to request a RMA number.
